I finished staging on a Thursday night, and Friday had my first prospects stop by to take a look. The first thing they told me when they called back was to say that they loved the house, and that when they turned the corner and saw the baby room they realized they wanted to buy the house. They are a young couple with a 3 month old baby. They sent their applications in the next day and their biggest concern wasn’t the price of the house, or getting an inspection or warranty on the house, or even what their monthly payment would be on a lease option. Their biggest concern was that something would happen and they wouldn’t get THAT house. They didn’t want any other house, just ours!

They put down their earnest money a few days later and we are closing (they have even gotten their own financing) early next week.

Your workshop and staging system taught me what specific props to stage with and how to place everything to elicit a positive emotional response in people. I have heard staging presentations from other investors, but none were targeted at getting that real emotion from potential buyers, and none were so specific that I could turn around and set up designer scenarios throughout our homes. So I want to send you a world of thanks for your help! It has really paid off for us!
